AI analysis of uploaded vehicle history reports (e.g., Carfax) is an automated extraction and summarization process. The AI may misinterpret, omit, or inaccurately represent data contained in the original report. Users should always review the original vehicle history report directly and should not rely solely on AI-generated summaries. Qarvis does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any vehicle history report or its AI-generated summary.

3.6 AI Image Analysis

AI analysis of vehicle photographs is subject to significant limitations. AI image analysis cannot detect conditions not visible in photographs, including but not limited to: internal mechanical issues, hidden structural damage, undercarriage rust or damage, electrical system faults, fluid leaks, and conditions obscured by lighting, angles, or image quality. Image flags generated by AI are suggestive only and are not definitive assessments of vehicle condition.

3.7 AI Safety Ratings Display

Safety ratings displayed on the website (including NHTSA crash test ratings and IIHS designations) are sourced from third-party databases and may not reflect the safety characteristics of any individual vehicle.
